Tara Rothstein is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 25 years of expertise in navigating the healthcare landscape. Tara’s unique combination of knowledge in occupational therapy, social work, and brain injury rehabilitation enables her to offer specialized assisted living locator services, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Tara holds a BS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Hartford, an MSW from the University of Connecticut, and is a certified Brain Injury Specialist, all of which enhance her ability to provide specialized care. With her extensive experience in outpatient, hospital, skilled nursing, and homecare settings, Tara is well-equipped to help families find the best living arrangements for their loved ones, ensuring that every client receives the appropriate care in a safe, comfortable environment where they can thrive and live with dignity.

Throughout her career, Tara has worked closely with individuals and families to assess needs, offer guidance, and support them through the process, always meeting them where they are in their journey. She has also facilitated stroke support groups and caregiver education and support groups, demonstrating her commitment to providing families with the resources and information they need to make informed decisions.

A long-time resident of West Hartford, Tara lives with her husband, two children, and their beloved Goldendoodle, Coco.
